A COMPLETE SYSTEM FOR INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPING CORROSION FREE AND LONG LASTING
The menace created by corrosion in metallic pipes have made us use copper piping systems, plastic piping systems and at times SS piping systems, although these systems are non-corrosive (except copper and SS to an extent). Copper and SS are expensive and require highly skilled workers to install, maintain / repair.
Certain plastic systems require electro-fusion welding which require utmost accuracy and stabilized voltage to do the jointing, which is never available at site.
To put an end to all the doubts and concerns a user friendly system "PEX " can be used.
THE ADVANTAGES:
 No skilled labor required to install the system. Requires 30% of the time required to lay alternate systems. Reduces water hammer. Prevents lime and mineral build-up. Elimination of Electrolysis (the very cause of pin holes in metallic pipes). No deterioration from low PH levels found in many wells. Requires less fittings and joints, reducing potential for leakages, requires no threading, no cement solution, no electro/butt fusion/welding. Above all, the system is non-corrosive.

Maximum Test Pressure:  ½" pipe: at 23 degree C 33.1 bar : at 82.2 degree C 14.8 bar : at 93.3 degree 12.8 bar. ¾" pipe: at 23 degree C 32.7 bar : at 82.2 degree C 14.5 bar : at 93.3 degree 12.4 bar. Pressure Test at 1000 hour/bar: ½" pipe: at 23 degree C 22.8 bar : at 82.2 degree C 13.4 bar : at 93.3 degree 11.4 bar. ¾" pipe: at 23 degree C 22.4 bar : at 82.2 degree C 13.1 bar : at 93.3 degree 11.4 bar.
SYSTEM GUARANTEE:
The company offers a guarantee of 1.000.000 Euro, lasting for 10 Years from the day printed on the pipe*.
